DORAL (CBSMiami) – An alligator was pulled from a lake in Doral Saturday and the commotion was caught on video.
The alligator had reportedly approached children in the neighborhood and some neighbors worried it was aggressive.
The gator didn't go quietly as a Florida Fish and Wildlife officer pulled it out of the lake onto a pool deck behind a home. It fought and flailed all the way.

Many neighbors are familiar with the gator which is estimated at about five feet.
"He's just an animal in my backyard," said Luis Garcia who lives in the neighborhood. "The first time I saw it. I was like 'wow,' but I mean nothing has ever happened."
His father added, "They just watch, swim around, get close to the shore, go back."
A sign near the lake warns neighbors about gators and Luis Garcia Sr. and his son both say they feel safe even with alligators in the area.
"They don't do nothing to you so unless you bother them, I don't think they're going to bother you," said Luis Garcia Sr.
But this is a neighborhood with lots of kids around, and this alligator had reportedly approached some of the children. That prompted a homeowner to call for help.
Police and Florida Fish and Wildlife Officers came to get the gator out of the lake.
After getting it onto the pool deck its mouth was taped shut and it was taken away.
"I'm happy they got it anyway. You never know what's going to happen," said Garcia.
