MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A dress debate is dominating social media.

Whether you are on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc… The consensus is that there is no consensus on the color.

Forget the style or design; people just want to know if it's black and blue or white and gold.

The company that sells the dress has it labeled as black and blue on their website, according to a Twitter user who found it.

So why the confusion?
