Don King In Miami Trying To Stop Mosley-Mayorga Rematch

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A battle between legendary boxing promoter Don King and two world champion fighters is happening in Miami, but not in a boxing ring. It's happening in a courtroom.
Later this month there is a much anticipated rematch between Sugar Shane Mosley and Ricardo Mayorga but according to TMZ, Don King Productions has filed an emergency temporary injunction against Mayorga to stop him from fighting.
Appearing in Miami on Thursday, King claims the rematch fight cannot go on because Mayorga is still under contract but the fighter claims that the contract is a fraud due to his signature being forged by King.
The two fighters are also in Miami for the hearing.
The judge in this case is expected to make a ruling sometime Thursday afternoon.
