DAVIE (CBSMiami) – The Miami Dolphins received some good news during the team's Thursday practice.
Center Mike Pouncey returned to the practice field for the first time this week.
Pouncey left the Dolphins last game, a 38-20 loss to the New York Jets, with a right foot injury.
His status for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens is still uncertain.
Right tackle Ja'Wuan James remained out of practice with a toe injury while left tackle Branden Albert returned to the practice field after missing Wednesday's workout for a non-injury reason.
In other injury news, wide receiver Rishard Matthews missed practice for the second day in a row. He is dealing with a rib injury and is not expected to play this weekend. Rookie receiver DeVante Parker, who filled in for Matthews during last week's loss to the Jets, would start in his place.
Wide receiver Kenny Stills was also listed on the injury report. He was limited in Thursday's practice with an ankle injury.
Miami's top receiver Jarvis Landry was limited in practice for the second straight day as he is dealing with a knee injury. He didn't practice in full at all last week but still played against the Jets and finished with career highs in receptions and receiving yards.
