Death investigation underway in Sunny Isles Beach
SUNNY ISLES BEACH — Police are investigating the cause of a man's death in Sunny Isles Beach on Saturday.
Sunny Isles Beach Police told CBS News Miami's Teri Hornstein that officers were in the area of 183rd Street and Collins Avenue for a death investigation early in the morning with Miami-Dade Police leading the investigation.
MDPD later confirmed to CBS News Miami that its Homicide Bureau is currently conducting an "unclassified death investigation of an unidentified adult male."
At this time, there is no foul play suspected and the cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner.
