MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A consumer watchdog group released its annual list of the most hazardous summer toys on Tuesday.

The Massachusetts-based World Against Toys Causing Harm, or W.A.T.C.H., presented its full 2016 Summer Safety Report. It says toy guns and other toys that can lead to eye injuries are at the top of this year's list.

W.A.T.C.H President Joan Siff said at a news conference Tuesday afternoon at Franciscan Hospital for Children in Brighton, Massachusetts that nearly half of all injury-related child deaths happen during the summer.

The report highlights toys and products parents should keep away from their kids.

The group W.A.T.C.H says more than two-point-five-million children are injured in accidents each summer. The group has released a "worst toys" list for more than 30 years.
