Confiscated Dogs Need For Loving "Fur-Ever" Homes
FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) -- Two dozen small dogs, confiscated as evidence in a criminal investigation against a South Florida animal rescue, are looking for a "fur-ever" home.
The State Attorney's Office asked the Humane Society of Broward County to house the pups and were taken to the shelter on April 17th.
They range from one to older than 15-years old.
Humane Society veterinarians have performed medical exams and vaccinated each dog.
For those wanting to adopt a furry friend, a comprehensive medical report has been made so adopters and veterinarians will have the information they need on the pet.
Since the dogs are still evidence in the on-going case, adopters may be called upon later by the State Attorney's Office.
