Concours For A Cause In Boca Raton
BOCA RATON (CBSMiami) -- There was no driving on the driving range at the Boca Raton Hotel and Resort this weekend because of the millions of dollars worth of classic cars parked there.
It was all for the big Boca Raton Concours d'Elegance benefiting the Broward Girls and Boys Clubs of Broward County.
It's been said the only difference between men and boys is the price of their toys and there were some fancy toys on display.
There was gold Buick cars from an era gone by and collectibles that live on, polished up like they were brand new.
"There's Ferraris, Lamborghinis, there's Rolls-Royces, there's BMWs," said Event Chairman Jamie Mcdonnell.
The event, which was comprised of several events since Friday night, helps fund the Girls and Boys Clubs which helps to keep over 12,000 kids off the streets.
