Boaters toss dollar bills into Biscayne Bay during Memorial Day weekend

MIAMI - Police are investigating who are the people featured in a viral video showing a group of boaters throwing dollar bills into Biscayne Bay over the Memorial Day weekend.

Dozens of bills were left floating in the water. And that can do harm to marine life, according to authorities.

No arrests have been made in this case.
