Broward Emergency Operations Center Deactivated

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) --  With Erika dissipating, Broward County Emergency operations were deactivated on Saturday.

Broward Emergency Management officials will continue to monitor the weather condition for potential flooding since they do expect some rainfall in South Florida.

They also said high winds are no longer a threat so the Broward Emergency Operations Center will go back to normal Level 3 monitoring status at noon.

The county's government will be open during normally scheduled business hours.

As for Broward Schools, they will be open on Monday.
