Broussard: "Y'all Was Watching Katy Perry, Black Folks Were Playing Spades"
Katy Perry's Super Bowl XLIX halftime performance has been a hot topic this week on The Marc Hochman Show With Zach Krantz. Nevermind the game itself was among the most entertaining matchups in Super Bowl history.
Yesterday, Chris Bosh was man enough to admit his love for Katy's music. Today, ESPN's Chris Broussard says he "was not compelled to watch halftime," choosing instead to play spades because he's a "grown man."
"Y'all was watching Katy Perry, black folks were playing spades," Broussard said between laughs on WQAM. "That's the type of statement that will get somebody in trouble, right? Don't rack that. Erase that from the tape."
Too late, Broussard.
The NBA insider also shared his thoughts on the potential clash between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao and his team to beat in the Eastern Conference.
