HOLLYWOOD (CBSMiami) -- An early-morning robbery at a CVS in Hollywood is likely connected to Sunday's robbery of a Walgreens in Dania Beach, according to BSO investigators.

Early Friday morning a man walked in with a gun and robbed a CVS on Stirling Road.

No one was injured during the incident.

Detectives were attempting to comb through surveillance video to get a lead on the armed robber.

Broward Sheriff's deputies believe it is the same man who  robbed a Walgreens in Dania Beach on Sunday.

Surveillance video shows the man walking into the store located at Sheridan Street at SE 5th Avenue.

He was wearing a hooded sweatshirt.

With his gun drawn, he headed straight for the register, stole money then went for items from patrons.

Less than a minute after walking in, he was seen walking out and got away.

It is not known if these two robberies are connected.

Anyone with information on these robberies is urged to call Broward Crime Stoppers at (954) 493-TIPS.
