Assassination attempt of former President Trump rocks the Sunshine State | Facing South Florida

MIAMI — In this live edition of Facing South Florida, CBS News Miami's Jim DeFede reacts to the assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump during his rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday and how Floridians are reacting to the events that took place.

One of his featured guests is State Sen. Joe Gruters, who is also a former chair of the Republican Party of Florida. As a supporter and friend of Trump, he shares with Jim how Republicans are feeling heading into the Republican National Convention, which begins Monday.
