Alleged Surfside Butt Slapper Arrested
SURFSIDE (CBSMiami) – A man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly slapped the buttocks of a woman while she was walking with her children and took off on a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle.
Christopher Lara, 25, reportedly admitted to slapping the woman.
The incident happened in the area of 90th Street and Garland Avenue in Surfside, according to police.
Lara was charged with battery and was given a $1,500 bond.
Police said there have been other cases like this one where a man on a motorcycle is slapping women on the buttocks and leaving.
It's believed Lara is responsible for those incidents too.
