MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Authorities arrested an accused molester at a popular Sweetwater mall on Tuesday.
Police said 31-year-old Kevin McDonald groped a 14-year-old girl while in Dolphin Mall.
"At that time, when he touched her, he ran and security chased him down and caught up with him at Bass Pro Shops and detained him," said witness Sandy Antonio.
McDonald is from Hollywood and apparently is no stranger when it comes to this kind of trouble.
In 2014, he was accused of trying to meet up with a 14-year-old girl he encountered on Facebook.
The girl's father called police and an undercover officer took over the online conversation.
McDonald was arrested and charged with transmitting pornography.
At the time of the arrest, his sister said McDonald had mental issues.
"He knows what he did is wrong (and we're) trying to get him help," she said. "I definitely feel bad for her family or anybody he has hurt."
That was then, this is now.
"Police arrived and charged him with simple battery. Apparently, he had just been released from Broward County for doing the same thing," Antonio said.
