Woman Reportedly Attacked By Knife-Wielding Man On MTA Bus In Westlake District
WESTLAKE DISTRICT (CBSLA.com) — Authorities said a woman was attacked by a knife-wielding man on an MTA bus in the Westlake District Sunday evening.
Officials said a male suspect fled the bus after attacking the woman. The victim was not stabbed.
The incident occurred at 3rd Street and Witmer Street just before 9:10 p.m.
There is no word on the woman's condition.
The suspect was described as a Latino, possibly shirtless. wearing blue jeans with a shaved or bald head, according to City News Service.
