Will Ferrell To Play Ronald Reagan In Upcoming Movie
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Comedian Will Ferrell, who won acclaim for his George W. Bush impersonation on "Saturday Night Live," will take on the role of another former Republican president in an upcoming movie.
Ferrell will play Ronald Reagan in a movie tentatively called, "Reagan," Variety reported Wednesday.
The script is set in Reagan's second term in the White House. In the movie, Reagan falls into dementia and is convinced by an intern that he is an actor playing the president in a movie, the trade publication reported.
Ferrell is also slated to produce the project.
