CHP chase speeding silver sedan in Canyon Country

Authorities arrested two suspects and they are still searching for one after leading the CHP on a high-speed pursuit in the Antelope Valley.

The chase started around 9 a.m. in Palmdale after officers attempted to make a traffic stop on the silver sedan for speeding on state Route 138, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The suspect first took off on the 14 Freeway and reached over 100 mph. There were at least two other people seen inside the vehicle.

The driver then got onto the 5 Freeway before exiting onto Roxford Street in Sylmar around 9:20 a.m.

The vehicle came to a stop in a residential area at El Dorado Avenue and El Cajon Street where all three suspects jumped out and ran in different directions.   

Two of the suspects have been arrested and one remains on the loose.
