Video Captures Super-Slow-Motion Firing Of Taser On Bare Skin

A jarring video on YouTube, viewed more than five million times, shows in frame-by-frame clarity what happens when a Taser makes contact with bare skin. The Slow Mo Guys captured the Taser X26 with a Phantom v2511 camera – shooting at 28,000 frames per second – so viewers can see the poor volunteer's muscles contract as he groans in pain.

It was taken at Taser International headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Little known fact: The Taser also spews out confetti marked with the serial number of the specific cartridge used.
