Suspicious Package Investigation Closes Streets In Studio City

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — A bomb squad on Thursday night cleared the scene where a suitcase deemed to be a suspicious package was chained to a bench near  the intersection of Ventura Boulevard and Laurel Canyon Boulevard in Studio City.

Portions of Ventura Blvd. and Laurel Canyon Boulevard that were closed due to the investigation were expected to be reopened shortly.
