Suspect Arrested In Murder Of Santa Ana Man

SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) — An arrest was made Thursday in the murder of a man who was found dead in his apartment earlier this week, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.

The victim, whose name has not been released, was found dead by his roommates around 1:20 a.m. Wednesday at their apartment in the 1300 block of North Harbor Boulevard.

Salvador Barragan, 37, of Anaheim, was taken into custody Thursday.

Police say Barragan, who was described as an acquaintance of the victim, is currently being held at the Santa Ana Police Department Jail on $1 million bail.

No further details were immediately released.
