Southwest Offering Fares As Low As $42
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Two twenty dollar bills can get you on a flight from Los Angeles to Las Vegas -- and more destinations for a few more bucks.
Southwest Airlines is offering flyers a summer flash sale with super low fares from LAX and other airports nationwide.
The lowest fares on the list are flights between Los Angeles and Las Vegas for $42, followed by flights between Fort Lauderdale and Orlando for $45.
The sale includes non-stop flights from 100 cities in the U.S., Mexico, Cuba and the Caribbean.
Other cheap one-way flights from L.A. include $49 to Oakland; $69 to Sacramento; $59 to Salt Lake City; and $107 to New Orleans.
The deadline for booking is July 27. Continental and international flights must be booked for the period from August 22 to December 13.
