Shooting in Rowland Heights leaves one man dead

A man was killed during a shooting in the Rowland Heights area of Puente Hills on Sunday. 

It happened just after 2:30 p.m. near the intersection of Fullerton Street and Colima Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. 

Deputies arrived to the scene and found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital by Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. 

He has not yet been identified. 

Investigators did not provide information on a suspect or motive in the incident.
