Shailene Woodley Leads People's Choice Nominees

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Actress Shailene Woodley and singer Sam Smith are the leading nominees for the 2015 People's Choice Awards with four nods apiece.

Nominees in 58 categories were announced Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Woodley is up for dramatic actress, action-movie actress and twice nominated for favorite movie duo: with her "Divergent" co-star Theo James and "The Fault in Our Stars" co-star Ansel Elgort.

Smith is nominated for male artist, breakthrough artist, favorite song for "Stay With Me" and favorite album for "In the Lonely Hour."

Voting is open to the public and will continue through Dec. 4.

Winners will be presented during the People's Choice Awards ceremony on Jan. 7, 2015. Actresses Anna Faris and Allison Janney will host the program at the Nokia Theatre and broadcast on CBS.
