2 Men Reported Missing After Flying To Catalina Island

VAN NUYS (CBSLA.com) — The search continued Tuesday for two men who were reported missing after they flew to Catalina Island over the weekend.
Jason Glazier, 52, of Encino, and Edmond Haronian, 50, of Woodland Hills, flew from Van Nuys Airport to Catalina Island around 1:00 p.m. Saturday, according to the sheriff's department.
Authorities confirmed a missing persons report was taken at the flight school, but the men did not file a flight plan before starting their journey.
According to Haronian's family, there has been no activity on his cell phone or credit cards since Saturday.
The investigation is ongoing.
