Sheriff's Inmate Transport Bus Crashes In Sylmar, 43 On Board
SYLMAR (CBSLA.com) — A bus transporting dozens of inmates of the L.A. County jail system crashed in Sylmar Wednesday night.
A traffic collision involving multiple vehicles was reported on the southbound I-5 near Roxford Street at approximately 9:30 p.m.
SKY9's Stu Mundel reports the crash involved a semi truck and two other vehicles.
The sheriff's transport bus reportedly had 43 on board.
No injuries were reported.
All inmates have been accounted for and are being transported to another bus.
