Raw Eggs Thrown At Homes, Parked Cars Throughout Torrance

TORRANCE (CBSLA.com) — Police say they have several reports of raw eggs being thrown at homes and parked cars throughout Torrance.
The egg-throwing vandalism has happened in recent weeks throughout the day and on weekdays and weekends, Torrance police officials said.
One victim reported as many as 10 incidents involving his property.
Each incident is being treated as an act of vandalism because police say the eggs can break residence and vehicle windows, dent the body of a car and chip and/or degrade residence and vehicle.
A black vehicle is believed to have been involved in each egg-throwing incident.
