Officers pursue speeding motorcycle without license plates
The California Highway Patrol was in pursuit of a speeding motorcycle without license plates.
The rider reached speeds of about 130 mph while on the I-210 Freeway.
The suspect repeatedly entered and exited the freeway while trying to lose officers before finally surrendering.
