Pedestrian Fatally Struck On 405 Freeway In Westchester
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Authorities said a pedestrian was fatally struck by at least one vehicle Saturday on the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway in Westchester.
The fatal accident happened about 6:46 p.m. just north of Howard Hughes Parkway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At least one person was taken from the scene to a hospital, Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman said.
The incident closed all lanes but one on the northbound 405, CHP officials said.
