Patrol Car Loses Back Window After Vehicle Is Shot Up Near Baldwin Park
BALDWIN PARK (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say a patrol car was shot up Wednesday evening near Balwin PArk.
The officer sitting in the vehicle was not injured.
The incident occurred near Baldwin Park and Romona Boulevards.
While the officer was not hurt, the car sustained serious damage including the back window being shot out.
The officer did not get a good description of the gunman.
It was also unclear how many shots were fired.
Police said they have set up a perimeter. As of 11 p.m. the shooter was still at large.
