Northbound 710 Jammed After Pursuit Ends In Crash
SOUTHGATE (CBSLA.com) — One lane of the northbound 710 freeway lanes near Compton remained open, backing up traffic after a pursuit resulted in a crash by the suspect vehicle.
Lanes south of Imperial Highway were closed as police conducted an investigation into the suspect vehicle. The pursuit itself was brief, ultimately resulting in the crash as officers took two suspects into custody.
The suspects are one male and one female, according to police.
The suspect vehicle crashed with another motorist, bringing the pursuit to an end.
