Motorcyclist, 17, Dies In Colton Crash
COLTON (CBSLA.com) — A 17-year-old boy was killed late Saturday night when the motorcycle he was driving ran into the back of a vehicle at the intersection of Meridian Avenue and C Street, police said.
The boy, who Colton police did not identify, was traveling at a high rate of speed and passing vehicles at the time of the crash, which occurred at 11:45 p.m. near Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
The boy suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by Colton Fire Department paramedics, police said.
The investigation of the crash is ongoing.
