Missing 71-Year-Old Bellflower Woman Found Safe And Sound
BELLFLOWER (CBSLA.com) — The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department announced Sunday evening that a missing 71-year-old Bellflower woman has been found safe and sound.
Herdes Patrice Woods was last seen on Friday around 10 a.m. in Bellflower.
Woods suffers from dementia and partial blindness.
Earlier Sunday, police sent out a second public alert asking for tips from the public.
Authorities said they were dispatched to the area of Alameda Street and Del Amo about a person behaving strangely around 5:17 p.m. Sunday.
On arrival, deputies realized the person was Woods.
Officials said she appeared to be in good physical and mental health and reunited her with her family without incident.
