Metro won't raise fares following public pushback

After public pushback, the L.A. County Metropolitan Transportation Authority will not increase the price to ride the bus or train.

Metro considered raising the fare from a $1.75 to to $2.

After overwhelming backlash, the price will remain the same, and one-way transfers will be free.
