Man's Death In Norwalk Leads To Homicide Investigation

NORWALK (CBSLA.com)  —  Authorities said the discovery Friday of a man's body in Norwalk is being investigated as homicide.

Detectives were dispatched to the 12000 block of Nava Street just before 3:55 p.m., officials said.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, said LA County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan Rouzan.

The man's body was found inside a home after authorities responded to a call about gunfire.

On Saturday, officials identified the man as 23-year-old Paul Joseph Rivera of Norwalk.

The investigation is on-going, authorities said.
