Man With Tattooed Horns Wanted In Killing In Downey

DOWNEY (CBSLA.com) — Police asked for the public's help Tuesday in tracking down a man with tattooed horns wanted in a killing in Downey.

Jehosua Ruvalcaba, 27, is being called armed and dangerous by Downey police.

Ruvalcaba is suspected of shooting a man who began arguing with a third person as they walked at about 8:44 p.m. on Aug. 14, police officials said. He was last seen fleeing the scene and police say a handgun was not recovered.

He is described as being 5-foot-5 and about 165 pounds. He was last seen with a shaved head, but may have grown his hair – black or brown – out, police said. Ruvalcaba also has tattooed horns on the hairline of his head.

Anyone with information about Ruvalcaba or his whereabouts can contact the Downey Police Department at (562) 904-2308.
