Man Killed In Palm Desert Crash
PALM DESERT (CBSLA.com) — A single-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 killed a man early Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway at the Cook Street exit when a gold Toyota pickup ran 50 feet off the roadway and landed on its side, CHP said. The driver was the only person inside the truck.
The crash was reported to police at 5:40 a.m., and a coroner was sent to the scene.
