Man In Unknown Condition After Being Stabbed In Camarillo
CAMARILLO (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say two investigations are underway in Camarillo after a man was stabbed on Monday afternoon.
Sgt. Stevens with the Ventura County Sheriff's Department says deputies were called to the parking lot of a Taco Bell at Flynn and Adolfo roads where an altercation between two groups unfolded.
When units arrived, both groups of males described as in their late teens to early 20s dispersed.
Deputies were subsequently advised that a man had been dropped off by a third party at a hospital with stab wounds.
That person was in surgery, but his current condition was unknown.
Stevens says two investigations were underway: one at the hospital and one at Flynn and Adolfo roads.
It was not immediately clear whether the man had been stabbed as a result of the altercation.
