Man, 34, Killed In 4-Vehicle Valley Glen Crash

NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com)  —  Authorities said a four-vehicle crash in Valley Glen Sunday left one man dead.

The 34-year-old victim had to be extricated from the wreckage.

The crash occurred about 12:49 p.m. in the 12700 block of Vanowen Street, according to Erik Scott of the LAFD.

The victim was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital, Scott said.

The victim's name was held pending notification of his next of kin.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
