Los Angeles police in pursuit of a stolen vehicle driving through the San Fernando Valley

A stolen vehicle led police on a pursuit through San Fernando Valley Tuesday night. 

The Los Angeles Police Department started the chase but told ground units to stop following the suspect but allowed a helicopter to track the driver.
