Kobe Bryant Leads NBA All-Star Voting By Wide Margin

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — While this might not be Kobe Bryant's most efficient season playing basketball, it is his last, and the fans are showing their appreciation for his play over the past 20 years.

The Lakers superstar leads all players with 719,235 votes, an impressive 200,000 more votes than reigning NBA MVP Stephen Curry.

Bryant also has more than double the votes of LeBron James (357,937).

The NBA All-Star Game will be held in Toronto.

Bryant has been selected to 17 All-Star game before, second-most all-time behind Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's 19 selections.

This season, Bryant is averaging 17.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game in 30 minutes played per game.
