Kobe Bryant Cleared For All Basketball Activities

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — According to Bleacher Reports Kevin Ding, Kobe Bryant's recovery is "is complete—and he currently has no physical limitations as he gears up for what he expects will be his final NBA season."

However, Bryant has stated multiple times that he will not make a decision regarding his retirement until after the season ends.

The 5-time champion is expected to move to small forward to allow the team to play it's surplus of younger guards.

Head Coach Byron Scott also expects to put Bryant on a minutes restricition, and possible hold him out of back-to-back games as well.

This is all a plan to keep Bryant healthy and give him extra-rest in what could be his final season in the NBA.

The start of training camp for the Lakers is on Sept. 29 following media day at the team's practice facility in El Segundo a day earlier.

Bryant join the team in Honolulu, Hawaii to play two preseason games against the Jazz on Oct. 4 and Oct. 6.

In what will be his 20th season in the NBA, Bryant was cleared to shoot on August 20th, but was just allowed to resume all other basketball activities as well.
