LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Kelly Osbourne issued an expletive-filled apology Tuesday after asking who would clean Donald Trump's toilets if he succeeds in kicking every Latino out of the country during a discussion about immigration on "The View."
"I want to start by saying I ALWAYS take responsibility for my actions. In this particular case I will take responsibility for my poor choice of words but I will not apologize for being a racist as I am NOT," a statement posted on Facebook by Osbourne read in part.
"If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?" Osborne said on the show, stunning her co-hosts, including Rosie Perez, who protested that Latinos were not the only ones doing that type of work.
The live comments got an immediately heated response on Twitter.

"Although I was stopped mid-sentence by Rose and couldn't finish my point I will not let Rosie take responsibility for my words. I should have known better as I was on The View and it was live. I've learned a very valuable lesson. It is my hope that this situation will open up a conversation about immigration and the Latin community as a whole. By the way I clean my own f----- toilets," Osbourne's Facebook post said.
Osbourne's comments and the subsequent furor come just months after Osbourne quit "Fashion Police" over her co-host Giuliana Rancic's comments about her friend Zendaya's dreadlocks at the Oscars, "smells like patchouli oil, or maybe weed."
