Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (March 13)
STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Very hot weather this weekend, so please stay hydrated and wear light loose fitting clothes.
High pressure combined with an off-shore flow will bring temperatures well into the 90s for many locations. There could be record breakers Friday and Saturday.
The off-shore flow will also bring some gusty winds, so wind advisories are in place through the afternoon.
There are some clouds overrunning the ridge of high pressure (dirty ridge) so look for high clouds which could make things partly cloudy this afternoon.
Otherwise enjoy the taste of summer in winter and be sad that we are so dry!
It looks like there will be a cool down next week as temperatures pull back with the return of the on-shore flow. By Tuesday, expect to see the return of the marine layer.
