Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Dec. 4)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The wet weather is winding down for Southern California.

There's still a chance for a light scattered shower Thursday, mainly in the foothill communities; otherwise, expect to see a mix of cloud and sunshine.

Interestingly enough, with the wet ground and cooler air temperatures there's some radiational fog around the Southland. In fact, there was a dense fog advisory Thursday morning in the high desert, which is a rarity.

Look for slight warming Thursday and consistent temperatures into the weekend. Basically the upper 60s to low 70s.

There is another upper level low and cold front moving through the state. There is a slight chance for a shower late Friday into Saturday; however there won't be much for the LA area.

Things will dry out after that and warm up into next week. Right now, at the end of next week it looks like there's another shot at some wet weather.
