Hollywood Foreign Press Association Announces 73rd Annual Golden Globe Nominations
BEVERLY HILLS (AP) — Agreement has been hard to come by in Hollywood's awards season, even when it comes to who's in the hunt for what.
The Golden Globe nominations, which were announced by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association in Beverly Hills, California, on Thursday morning, are at the center of the drama surrounding the categorization of this year's movies and actors. Delineating drama and comedy (or musical) is a task unique to the Golden Globes, which honor films and lead performances for both. But this year, what roles qualify as lead or supporting parts is also stirring debate.
Here are the nominations for the 73rd annual Golden Globe Awards:
The nominees for best TV comedy series are: "Casual," ''Mozart in the Jungle," ''Orange is the New Black," Orange Is the New Black," ''Silicon Valley," ''Transparent," ''Veep."
The nominees for best animated feature film are: "Anomalisa," ''Inside Out," ''The Good Dinosaur," ''The Peanuts Movie" and "Shaun the Sheep Movie."
The nominees for TV movie or limited series are: "American Crime," ''American Horror Story: Hotel," ''Fargo," ''Flesh and Bone," and "Wolf Hall."

Ricky Gervais will return as host for the Globes when it airs on NBC on Jan. 10. His third time in the gig follows three straight years of Tina Fey and Amy Poehler as hosts.
