Glowy Zoey Is Back With New Halloween Costume

COSTA MESA (CBSLA.com)   —  You might recall the Glowy Zoey costume from last Halloween.

The LED costume became a viral Internet hit.

CBS2's Michele Gile spoke to the man whose daughter inspired the creative costume and about the new version.

This year, 2-and-a-half-year-old Zoey Hutain is an LED Minnie Mouse.

The video has more than 1 million views just a day after being posted on YouTube.

Her dad, Royce Hutain, an IT consultant, created the costume using LED lights and a hoodie.

More than 1,800 were sold last year.

He also came up with a patriotic version of Glowy Zoey for the Fourth of July.
