Garden Grove Police ID Man Arrested For Allegedly Attacking 5 Women
GARDEN GROVE (CBSLA.com) — Authorities have identified the man arrested in a series of attacks against women in Orange County.
Ulises De La Torre is accused of assaulting five women during a five-hour period in Anaheim and Garden Grove last Thursday night, according to police.
The suspect reportedly stabbed one of the victims and severely beat the others.
At a Friday afternoon news conference, law enforcement officials solicited the public's help by issuing a composite sketch of the suspect as well as showing video of him coming and going from an Anaheim motel.
KCAL9′s Michele Gile reported that two of the women were attacked inside that motel.
They arrested De La Torre over the weekend.
