Garcetti To Attend State Of The Union Address
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Mayor Eric Garcetti will be in Washington, D.C. Tuesday for the President's State of the Union address.
The Mayor will be a guest of Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-California).
Also while in the nation's capital, he will attend the U.S. Conference of Mayors along with several other leaders from Southland cities such as Manhattan Beach, Montebello, Compton, Glendale, Anaheim and more.
Garcetti additionally plans to meet with White House officials and congressional members to talk about Los Angeles' job creation and transportation funding needs.
