Four-Alarm Fire Chars Jurupa Valley Uniform Supply House
JURUPA VALLEY (CBSLA.com) — A four-alarm fire did significant damage to a uniform supply house in Jurupa Valley on Sunday afternoon.
The heavy response was requested as firefighters radioed that flames were shooting 12 feet above the commercial building's vents as the blaze burned piles of clothing.
The fire at Aramark Uniform Services, 1135 Hall Ave., was reported a 2:39 p.m., according to the Riverside County Fire Department. It burned through the interior and exterior of the 25,000 square foot building, but the fire was contained by 3:25 p.m.
A hazardous materials response team was called out to the building, Cal Fire said. No injuries were reported.
